Bechamel Sauce

This might seem like a simple recipe, but until my boyfriend introduced me to bechamel sauce I always used white sauce in my recipes.



Sorry about the photo, it was very hard to find a nice way to photograph this sauce.

    I use it as a sauce for pasta dishes, on vegetables to make them creamy and it makes a great sauce for noodles.
