Strawberry Terrine


Strawberry Terrine is just a posh way to serve jelly but it is really delicious and is a great way to encourage kids to eat fresh fruit. It is great with soya cream but can also be served with custard and cream on top to make a trifle.

    Hi,Michelle

    My Mum makes a lovely fruit jelly.

    As well as strawberries, she adds apples, oranges, bananas & grapes.

    I like the idea of making this into trifle - would be nice with some cold custard and whipped cream on top - maybe with some sugar sprinkles!
