Green Vegetable Noodles

Tonights recipe for green vegetable noodles was a real hit with my kids. They love noodles and this is a great way of getting them to eat their greens.

    What a lovely way to use spinach.

    I like the crunch of broccoli, cauliflower, red & yellow peppers.

    They compliment noodles nicely.
