RECIPE: Stuffed Romano Peppers

This recipe was provided by my sister. It sounds lovely and I would like to hear from anyone who tries it to see what it is like!

    This recipe is wrong - it says to put the couscous in the food procesor with the basil etc - it should be the bread.
