Todays recipe is for healthy chips. I know that vegans are usually healthy but there are times when I want to lose a few pounds and I always seem to crave things like chips. These are much lower in fat even than low fat oven chips, and in fact you can cook them with no oil at all, just a little bit to grease the tray.
