Mushroo Stew

This is a simple recipe for mushroom stew. I would normally put a whole range of vegetables in a stew and add lentils, beans or tvp, but this time I thought I would try mushrooms instead.

Of course you could add a lot of other vegetables to it, but I wanted to keep this recipe nice and simple.
