Mushroom and Onion Quiche
Todays recipe for mushroom and onion quiche was kindly supplied to me Ian Anderson from his Padley Wood website. . It was a lovely quiche and even the non-vegans I had round that day enjoyed it. We ate it with boiled baby new potatoes and ochra but it would also work well with a salad.
