I am having a picnic on Saturday with some family and friends. I am trying to think of some nice original items to have with the picnic that are vegan and also can be eaten without plates or forks. They also have to be suitable for children.
I have decided I'm going to do fresh fruit skewers, crudities and dips and supply some crunchy snacks like potato crisps.
I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.

Hi, I would do salad - cherry tomatoes, sticks of celery, carrot, pepper, cucumber, strawberries, blueberries.
Crackers with hummus, samosas, vegetable rolls, sandwiches, rice cakes with marmite, veggie sausage rolls.
Sparkling water with fruit juice.
How about some home made sausage rolls and some of those oat cakes which are the recipe of the day today, they looked nice. Make sure you have lots of drinks too maybe some soya milk or rice milk in small cartons and fruit juice.
Hi, Michelle
How did your picnic go on Saturday?
The weather was nice in Derbyshire.
