Cabbage noodles are just a variation on a vegetable stir fry recipe. The reason I called it cabbage noodles is because the texture of the cabbage after it has been friend reminds me of noodles.
I think these taste great with heaps of black pepper, but then I do like black pepper on nearly everything.

Wot a lovely way to use cabbage.
I have not tried frying it before.
Will use savoy cabbage to give the stir fry a deeper green colour.
