NEWS: Consumers 'confused about diet'

It seems from this article that people are still confused as to what makes up a healthy diet. Some of them not even know what foods are included as fruit and vegetables. Hardly suprising really when they are told that baked beans counts towards their recommended 5 when I wasn't aware that beans were a vegetable. They also say that a healthy diet contains 8% saturated fat and sugar when I thought no sugar was necessary for a healthy diet. Read the full story here:
