RECIPE: Mash Island

Todays recipe was made up by my daughter. She wanted to make her mashed potato meal look more interesting. I helped her do the cooking and she helped me arrange it on the plate. Her version had carrot trees as well as the brocolli ones in the original recipe and the picture below is the one she took of her meal:
